A Better Egg Hunt Experience

This year, we’ve redesigned the Egg Hunt to be smoother, and more enjoyable for every child and parents. 

Instead of one large outdoor rush, the Egg Hunt will take place indoors in organized sessions during each Easter service. This allows every child to fully participate without the stress of crowds or chaos.

Tim Gill

Tim reached a very dark season in life. In search of stability, he joined a 12-step program and began leaning on a “higher power,” not yet knowing who that truly was. After being invited to Easter at Promise in 2025, Timothy moved by the service and the baptisms he witnessed, his faith became deeply personal. Today, his relationship with his daughter is restored, his faith is growing, and his life continues to change.

There are several lots in close proximity to the fairgrounds where you can find parking, for free! All lots will have plenty of attendants to help guide you to a space or alternative lot. If you are already a part of the Promise Center family, and would like to help us make room for all of our guests, you can park at the furthest lot (shuttle provided).

What to Bring

Your comfort and safety are our priority!

To help everyone have a smooth and enjoyable experience, we’ll be following a simple bag policy. Approved bags are welcome, and we’ll gladly make exceptions for medical needs and baby care—just a quick inspection at the entrance and you’re good to go.

We kindly ask that you leave items like alcohol, weapons (including pocket knives, pepper spray, etc.) at home so everyone can enjoy the event safely. Thanks for your understanding and helping us create a fun and welcoming environment for all!

Meet Our Pastors

Chad and Heidi King are the Lead Pastors of The Promise Center Church in Santa Rosa, CA. Pastors Chad and Heidi moved to Santa Rosa to found The Promise Center in 2005. Starting with a small community of 30 members the Promise Center grew over the last several years into the healthy, thriving church that it is today. Their passion is to see people encounter the reality of God and the promises that He has for their lives.

We’ve got everything covered – Admission, parking, the egg hunt, coffee from our partners and Family photos are completely free! Food trucks will be available for purchase!

Everyone! Whether you plan to come with your family, your friends, or fly solo—this event is for you!

We have an incredible Kids Experience planned during the service for our kiddos 6 months–5th grade (learn more below)! While the kids are having a blast, our teenagers and adults will be in Grace Pavilion for our Easter service!

Our Easter service will be about an hour long! We will start with uplifting songs led by our incredible worship team and band. Then, you will hear a few people’s stories of life change as they are baptized.

After that, Pastor Chad will share an encouraging message before closing out the service with a celebration! This service is designed to uplift, inspire, and bring our community together.

Our Kids Experience will be a fun, safe, and Christ-centered environment!

  • One room is specifically designed with soft play mats, mini activities, and ball pits for our 6-month-olds through TKers!

  • Kinder–5th Graders will be partying in another space with bounce houses, games, Easter crafts, and more!

Our Kids Team Members are all background-checked, trained, and ready to help your kids have the best day ever!

After our Main Service! Once the service ends, you’ll pick up your kiddos from their Extravaganza and head over to the big field next to it!

We will do the egg hunt one age group at a time so you can help all your kids!

Once you park, follow the signs to our main entrance!

To ensure everyone’s safety, security will be checking bags and monitoring the entrance. Then, follow the signs toward Grace Pavilion, where our incredible team will be there to help you every step of the way!

If you’re dropping off kiddos at our Kids Extravaganza, follow the signs to check them in before heading to Grace Pavilion.

Our event starts at 10 AM!

We recommend arriving a little early so you have time to park and walk in.

  • The gates to the Fairgrounds open at 9 AM! Feel free to arrive early, take some family photos without the line, grab some coffee, and pre-check in your kiddos.

  • The doors to Grace Pavilion and Kids Extravaganza open at 9:30 AM!
